Common use of Dedicated Servers Clause in Contracts

Dedicated Servers. (“Dedicated Servers”) are defined as computers that are rented from CeraNet in their entirety by one unique Client and coupled with rack space, bandwidth, power and Ethernet ports for use on the Internet. All services performed on the server come without warranty or guarantee. CeraNet is responsible for network and power connectivity up to the exterior interface of the computer and all hardware related failures, whereas Client is responsible for all other aspects of the computer not explicitly defined otherwise in this Agreement. Dedicated Server Clients that utilize CeraNet have the option to participate in the Managed Services, as detailed below. By default, all Dedicated Servers will receive Unmanaged Service as described below.
