Common use of Decision on Work Obligations Clause in Contracts

Decision on Work Obligations. If the Operating Committee cannot decide on the manner of carrying out the Work Obligations required under the Licence in sufficient time to fulfil those obligations within the Licence terms and in accordance with the Licence conditions, then such Work Obligations will be carried out or satisfied by the Operator in such manner as shall be favoured by the Party or Parties holding individually or in the aggregate the greatest Percentage Interests, and all Parties shall be bound by any such decision.
