Common use of Debt Service Coverage Clause in Contracts

Debt Service Coverage. Borrower shall maintain as of the last day of each calendar month, beginning September 30, 1997, a debt service coverage ratio of no less than 1.5:1 for the previous twelve calendar month period; provided, that such ratio is calculated on an annualized basis during the first twelve months following the Closing Date.

Debt Service Coverage. Borrower shall maintain maintain, as of the last day of each calendar month, beginning September 30commencing with the calendar month ending on March 31, 1997, a debt service coverage ratio Debt Service Coverage Ratio of no less than 1.5:1 at least 1.75 to 1.0 for the previous twelve calendar each month period; providedfrom March through November, that such ratio is calculated on an annualized basis during the first twelve months following the Closing Dateand at least 1.50 to 1.0 for each month from December through February.

Debt Service Coverage. As of the last day of the fiscal quarter ending on each of December 31, 2006, March 31, 2007, June 30, 2007, and September 30, 2007, measured on a fiscal year-to-date basis ending on that date, Borrower shall maintain not permit Debt Service Coverage to be less than 1.00 to 1.00. Thereafter, as of the last day of each calendar monthfiscal quarter, beginning September 30for the twelve (12) month period ending on that date, 1997, a debt service coverage ratio of no Borrower shall not permit Debt Service Coverage to be less than 1.5:1 for the previous twelve calendar month period; provided, that such ratio is calculated on an annualized basis during the first twelve months following the Closing Date1.10 to 1.00.
