Debt and Incremental Debt Sample Clauses

Debt and Incremental Debt. The Borrower shall not incur Reinstatement Debt or Incremental Debt unless (i) no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing or could reasonably be expected to occur after giving effect to and as a result of the incurrence of the Reinstatement Debt or the Incremental Debt (as applicable) or (ii) any such Default or Event of Default shall be cured by the incurrence of such Reinstatement Debt or Incremental Debt (as applicable).
