Debits or Credits. You may arrange to have certain recurring payments automatically deposited (credited)to your Bank Account. Examples of this service include the direct deposit of Social Security and other government payments, and the direct deposit of your payroll. If you have arranged to have direct deposits made to your Bank Account at least one every sixty (60) days from the same person or company, you can contact us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx to find out whether or not the deposit has been made. You may arrange to have certain recurring withdrawals automatically paid (debited) from your Bank Account. For example, you may arrange to have insurance premiums paid automatically. These preauthorized transfers are governed by federal regulations pertaining to Electronic Fund Transfer services that entitle you to certain protections. Requests for these services must be authorized by you, in writing, to the Originator of the transaction prior to becoming effective. Right to Stop Preauthorized Electronic Transfers (ACH) If you want to permanently revoke an ACH you authorized from a third party, you will need to send written instructions to the originating third party to cancel your ACH transfer. If you have authorized regular payments out of your Bank Account, you can stop any of these payments by notifying Customer Service by telephone at 000-000-0000 or email. If you notify us by telephone, you may be required to confirm the information provided by writing to us at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxx.xxx. Your request must include your Bank Account number, the name of the payee, the amount of the item to be stopped, and the date payment was scheduled to be made. This request needs to be received by us three (3) or more business days before the payment is scheduled to be made. If your request is by telephone or email, we may also require you to put your request in writing and ensure that it is received by us within 14 days after your call or email. You are subject to the general rules of Stop-Payment Orders in this Agreement.

  • Returned Deposits Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • Withdrawals from Accounts Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.07 hereof.   • Refund or credit We will credit your card account with any refund in respect of a card transaction or any payment or other credit due to you at such time as we may determine in accordance with our usual practice after our receipt of the amount of such refund, payment or credit in Singapore and conversion to Singapore dollars, where necessary, in accordance with clause 6.8. Any such refund, payment or credit credited to your card account shall not be remitted to you unless we otherwise determine but shall be applied towards the full or partial discharge of the current balance.
