By signature on this Agreement, the City verifies that neither it, nor its agents or employees, are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, disqualified, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency as reflected in the System for Award Management (▇▇▇).
