Death Benefit Options. Subject to Section 4, 5, 8.3, 8.4 and 8.10, if the Policy is in force, then, upon death of the Life Insured during the Policy Term and on the approval of the claim, We shall pay one of the benefits specified below to a person specified under Section 4.1, depending upon the Death Benefit Option chosen by You:
