Common use of Dealing with Security Clause in Contracts

Dealing with Security. The Agent, with the consent of all of the Lenders, except to the extent otherwise provided for herein or in the Security, may grant extensions of time or other indulgences, take and give up securities (including the Security or any part or parts thereof), accept compositions, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Borrower and other parties and with security (including the Security and each part thereof) as the Agent may see fit, without prejudice to or in any way limiting the liability of the Borrower under this Agreement or the other Documents or under any of the Security or any other collateral security.

Dealing with Security. The Agent, with the consent of all of the Lenders, except to the extent otherwise provided for herein or in the Security, may grant extensions of time or other indulgences, take and give up securities security (including the Security or any part or parts thereof), accept compositions, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Borrower Borrowers and other parties and with security (including the Security and each part thereof) as the Agent may see fit, without prejudice to or in any way limiting the liability of the Borrower Borrowers under this Agreement or the other Documents or under any of the Security or any other collateral security.

The Agent, with the consent of the Majority of the Lenders or all of the Lenders, except to the extent otherwise provided for herein or Lenders (as applicable in the Securityaccordance with Section 16.10), may grant extensions of time or other indulgences, take and give up securities (including the Security or any part or parts thereof), accept compositions, grant releases and discharges and otherwise deal with the Borrower and other parties and with security (including without limitation, the Security and each part thereof) as the Agent may see fit, without prejudice to or in any way limiting the liability of the Borrower under this Agreement or the other Documents or under any of the Security or any other collateral security.
