Common use of Dealing in Securities Clause in Contracts

Dealing in Securities. The ADR Rights Agent, any affiliate thereof, and any shareholder, director, officer or employee of the ADR Rights Agent or its affiliates may buy, sell or deal in any of securities of the Company or become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Company may be interested, or contract with or lend money to the Company or otherwise act as fully and freely as though the ADR Rights Agent were not the ADR Rights Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the ADR Rights Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Company or for any other legal entity.

Dealing in Securities. The ADR ADS Rights Agent, any affiliate thereof, and any shareholder, director, officer or employee of the ADR ADS Rights Agent or its affiliates may buy, sell or deal in any of securities of the Company or become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Company may be interested, or contract with or lend money to the Company or otherwise act as fully and freely as though the ADR ADS Rights Agent were not the ADR ADS Rights Agent under this Agreement.
