If a Member or DEA Client, directly or indirectly, exceeds the threshold, the Exchange may take action to mitigate the impact.
A DEA Client is deemed to be making its own routing decisions if it is connected through only a risk management “skin” provided by a Member to the Exchange Systems through the DEA Client’s own dedicated FIX sessions, or if it is using a Member’s order routing technology but the DEA Client is able to control the marketplaces to which its orders are being routed.
