Dayworks 6. 7.1 If applicable, the Daywork rates in the Service Provider’s Bid shall be used for small additional amounts of Services only when the Employer has given written instructions in advance for additional services to be paid in that way. 6. 7.2 All work to be paid for as Dayworks shall be recorded by the Service Provider on forms approved by the Employer. Each completed form shall be verified and signed by the Employer representative as indicated in Sub-Clause 1.6 within two days of the Services being performed.
