Days of Unused Sick Leave. Concurrent with the execution of this Agreement the District shall provide to ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ a letter signed by the District’s Director of Human Resources addressed to Whom it May Concern advising any Qualifying Subsequent Employer that ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ has thirty (30) unused sick days that are eligible for transfer pursuant to 24 P.S. § 10-1073(e)(2)(x) of the School Code.
