Days of Grace. The Borrower shall not claim from the Lenders any days of grace for the payment at maturity of any Bankers’ Acceptances presented and accepted by the Lenders pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. Further, the Borrower waives any defence to payment which might otherwise exist if for any reason a Bankers’ Acceptance shall be held by any Lender in its own right at the maturity thereof.

Days of Grace. There is a thirty-one (3 1) day grace period following termination during which the insurance remains in force for Basic, Supplementary and Dependent Life Insurance. Where an employee has a complaint that has been denied benefits pursuant to the insured benefit plans specified in Articles and shall discuss the complaint with the benefits administrator of the Employer within twenty (20) days of first becoming aware of the complaint. If the complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within seven (7) days of the discussion with the benefits administrator it may be referred to an Arbitration Tribunal within an additional fifteen (15) days. It is understood that any claim remedies shall be subject to the terms of the master insurance policies of the insurance in effect at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.   • Mileage Measurement Where required, the mileage measurement for LIS rate elements is determined in the same manner as the mileage measurement for V&H methodology as outlined in NECA Tariff No. 4.

Downtime will begin at the time Customer places a service call to Ricoh. Customer agrees to make the Equipment available to Ricoh for scheduled preventative and interim maintenance. Customer further agrees to give Ricoh advance notice of any critical and specific uptime needs Customer may have so that Ricoh can schedule with Customer interim and preventative maintenance in advance of such needs.

  • Paid Holidays – Long Weekends (a) When an employee is scheduled to work a weekend where a paid holiday falls on the Monday or the Friday, the Employer shall endeavour to also schedule the employee to work the paid holiday.

  • Weekends Holidays that fall on weekends will be observed on a day established by the School District.

  • Minimum Hours In the event of an employee starting work in any day and being sent home before s/he has completed four (4) hours, s/he shall be paid for four (4) hours at the regular rate of pay. In the event that an employee reports for work but is sent home before commencing work, s/he shall be paid for two (2) hours at regular rates. No pay entitlement will apply if the employee is incapable of performing his/her duties.

  • Service Animals Humber Residence acknowledges the rights of persons with disabilities to retain their service animal while living in Residence. In order to preserve the health and safety of all people and animals living or working in the Residence environment, the Resident will notify the Residence Office that they require a service animal and will provide documentation as outlined in the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act confirming that the Resident requires the service animal. The Resident will also complete a Service Animal Agreement with the Residence Manager or designate, and agrees to adhere to the requirements within it.
