Daylight Savings Time. If a non-exempt staff member actually works one (1) hour greater than his/her scheduled hours of work as a result of an adjustment in daylight savings time, he/she shall receive one (1) hours pay at either straight time or at time and one-half (1-1/2) depending on the hours worked that week. If a non-exempt staff member works one (1) hour less than his/her scheduled hours of work as a result of an adjustment in daylight savings time, he/she will be compensated for the time actually worked.
