Day Fortnight. 13.6.1 Where requested by an employee or groups of employees and with the prior approval of the Council/Chief Executive Officer, employees may access a 9 day fortnight where the ordinary hours of work shall be 76 hours to be worked over a 9 days of a two week period between the hours of 7.30 am and 7.30 pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays. The Chief Executive Officer retains the right to investigate the feasibility of this option and make the final determination regarding access to this option for any employee or group of employees.
Day Fortnight. 14.2.1 Employees covered by this Agreement will be entitled to work a nine (9) day fortnight roster. The nine (9) day fortnight will be at no additional cost to Council.
Day Fortnight. 14.3.1 The ‘fortnight’ for the purpose of this Agreement will be the existing pay cycle, which commences on a Friday morning and finishes on a Thursday afternoon.
Day Fortnight. 1.1 The ordinary hours of a 9 Day Fortnight Arrangement to be worked by employees are 8.44 hours per day (i.e. 8 hours and 26 minutes) unless varied in accordance with a term of this Agreement.
Day Fortnight. The ordinary hours of work for day workers will not exceed 35 hours per week or 70 hours per fortnight where a nine-day fortnight is observed (the nominal hours for each normal working day are 7 hours 47 minutes per day).
Day Fortnight. During the life of this agreement, by agreement between the parties, it may be deemed appropriate that a 9 day fortnight be introduced on a trial basis and / or long term. CLAUSE 23 PERMANENT PART TIME EMPLOYMENT Permanent Part Time employment to exist with permanent and casual employment. The Company may engage permanent part time employees if the offer of employment is accepted on that basis. Conditions applicable to full time employees will apply to permanent part time employees. Hours of work may be set between 19 and 32 hours per week on any day Monday to Friday. Pro rata entitlements should apply to Part -Time employees.
Day Fortnight a) A 9-day fortnight will apply to all 2017 Award Stream B and 2017 Award Stream C employees however, with the agreement of Council, a 2017 Award Stream B or 2017 Award Stream C Award employee may elect on a voluntary basis to be excluded from this arrangement subject to operational requirements.
Day Fortnight. 6.1.7.1 A WFA may be agreed to provide for a nine (9) day fortnight arrangement for a work team.
Day Fortnight. Full time employees currently working a 9 day fortnight work pattern are entitled to continue to work this pattern • Full time employees recruited to work in areas that traditionally have worked a 9 day fortnight are entitled to work a 9 day fortnight work pattern
Day Fortnight. All Full Time and Part Time Security Officers’ hours of work, will be based on a 9 day, 72.5 hours/fortnight at ordinary rates of pay unless otherwise agreed to, on an individual basis. All worked hours, which are not rostered hours, will be utilised for training and/or other Security purposes at a mutually convenient time.
