Common use of DAY CARE Clause in Contracts

DAY CARE. 26.10.1 The University agrees to continue to make available to Members a daycare program at an appropriate location. In light of the increased demand for places by Members, other employee groups and students, the University agrees to maintain an advisory committee with representation from all user groups to review day care arrangements.
