Common use of Date of Any Action Clause in Contracts

Date of Any Action. In the event that any date on which an action is required or permitted to be taken hereunder is not a Business Day, such action shall be required or permitted to be taken on or by the next succeeding day that is a Business Day. For purposes of this Agreement, "Business Day" shall mean any day on which companies are generally open for business in Montreal, Quebec; Toronto, Ontario and Houston, Texas.
