Common use of Data; Reports Clause in Contracts

Data; Reports. Provider shall timely submit all reports and clinical information required by Subcontractor and Health Plan, including child health check-up reporting, if applicable. Provider shall also submit timely, complete and accurate encounter data to Subcontractor and Health Plan (as applicable) in accordance with the requirements of Health Plan and the State Contract.
