Data Protection / Recovery. Upon PSERS’s request, Contractor shall provide a business continuity plan that addresses: Data/Database Recovery; Application Recovery; Operating System Recovery; and Infrastructure Recovery. In connection therewith, Contractor shall describe: its capability to do a complete restoration in the event of a disaster; what tests are performed as part of its disaster recovery plan; and its capability to provide services during a pandemic event.
