DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The parties acknowledge and agree that Ricoh shall have no obligation to remove, delete, preserve, maintain or otherwise safeguard any information, images or content retained by or resident in any Equipment serviced and maintained by Ricoh, whether through a digital storage device, hard drive or other electronic medium (“Data Management Services”). If desired, Customer may engage Ricoh to perform Data Management Services at then-prevailing Contract rates. Customer acknowledges that Customer is responsible for ensuring its own compliance with legal requirements in connection with data retention and protection and that Ricoh does not provide legal advice or represent that the Equipment and Services will guarantee compliance with such requirements. The selection, use and design of any Data Management Services, and any decisions arising with respect to the deletion or storage of data, as well as the loss of any data resulting therefrom, shall be the sole and exclusive responsibility of Customer. If desired, Customer may engage Ricoh to perform the following Data Management Services, and the parties shall enter into a written work order setting the details of any such engagement: • Hard Drive Surrender Service. Under this option, a Ricoh service technician can remove the hard drive from the applicable equipment (set forth on a work order) and provide Customer with custody of the hard drive before the equipment is removed from the Customer’s location, moved to another department or any other disposition of the equipment. The cost for the Hard Drive Surrender Services shall be as set forth in the Contract. • DataOverwriteSecurity System (XXXX). XXXX is a Ricoh product designed to overwrite the sector of the hard drive used for data processing to prevent recovery. Additionally, XXXX also offers the option of overwriting the entire hard drive up to nine (9) times.

Tasks for which CenturyLink, CUSTOMER’s PSAPs, the county/municipal coordinators in CUSTOMER’s E9-1-1 Service Area, or the TSP have partial responsibility for are also identified. In offering Covance Clinical’s coding services for a particular Study, the Sponsor undertakes that it has or shall obtain a current subscription for using such coding with the applicable licensor (including, Northrop Grumman/MSSO for MedDRA and Uppsala Monitoring Center for WHODRUG). Covance shall assist Sponsor in obtaining such subscription(s)

DATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES. The Basic Benefits Package was implemented on July 1, 1995 in the designated coverage areas. The Mental Health/Substance Abuse (MH/SA) Package was implemented on a statewide basis on July 17, 1995. From July, 1995 through July, 1999, the NHC has utilized one PCCM Network and two HMOs for delivery of the Basic Benefits Package. A Prepaid HealthPlan (PHP) has been utilized for the delivery of the MH/SA Package, as a "carve-out” from the Basic Benefits Package. Enrollment into NHC shall be mandatory for specified clients. During enrollment, the client shall choose a Primary Care Physician (PCP)/plan for the Basic Benefits Package in the designated coverage areas, ensuring the client a “ Medical home” . In the designated coverage areas, the client's enrollment is facilitated by the Enrollment Broker Services (EBS). Enrollment in the areas of the State where managed care only includes the Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, hereafter referred to as MH/SA services, is "automatic” , i.e., the client is not required to make a choice of PCP/plan, but is required to access MH/SA services through the contracted plan for MH/SA services. The Integrated Health Organization (IHO) development in the Western, Southeast and Central Service Areas of Nebraska is the Department's pilot effort to expand managed care to greater Nebraska, but is not part of this contract. The ultimate goal of the Department is to develop various models of managed care throughout the State as areas become ready. The MH/SA services component of the NHC shall continue to be provided on a statewide basis as a “ Carve-out” from the Basic Benefits Package. The provision of MH/SA services is not part of this contract, except as specifically addressed. The Enrollment Broker Services, hereafter referred to as the EBS, and the Data Management Services, hereafter referred to as the Medstat Group, shall be continued under current contractual arrangements. The IHO development, implementation dates and any relationship or similarities that may exist between the IHO and the NHC program is not yet known, but shall be made available to the plan as the Department moves forward with this initiative.

  • Management Services The Adviser shall perform (or arrange for the performance by its affiliates of) the management and administrative services necessary for the operation of the Fund. The Adviser shall also furnish such reports, evaluations, information or analyses to the Fund as the Fund's Board of Trustees may request from time to time or as the Adviser may deem to be desirable. The Adviser shall make recommendations to the Fund's Board of Trustees with respect to Fund policies, and shall carry out such policies as are adopted by the Trustees. The Adviser shall, subject to review by the Board of Trustees, furnish such other services as the Adviser shall from time to time determine to be necessary or useful to perform its obligations under this Contract.

  • Development Services During the term of this Agreement, the Provider agrees to provide to or on behalf of the Port the professional services and related items described in Exhibit A (collectively, the “Development Services”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Rehabilitation Facility This plan covers rehabilitation services received in a general hospital or specialty hospital.   • Investment Management Services (a) The Manager shall manage the Fund’s assets subject to and in accordance with the investment objectives and policies of the Fund and any directions which the Trust’s Board of Trustees may issue from time to time. In pursuance of the foregoing, the Manager shall make all determinations with respect to the investment of the Fund’s assets and the purchase and sale of its investment securities, and shall take such steps as may be necessary to implement the same. Such determinations and services shall include determining the manner in which any voting rights, rights to consent to corporate action and any other rights pertaining to the Fund’s investment securities shall be exercised. The Manager shall render or cause to be rendered regular reports to the Trust, at regular meetings of its Board of Trustees and at such other times as may be reasonably requested by the Trust’s Board of Trustees, of (i) the decisions made with respect to the investment of the Fund’s assets and the purchase and sale of its investment securities, (ii) the reasons for such decisions and (iii) the extent to which those decisions have been implemented.
