DATA LINKAGE. 39.1. If Researcher will link USBE’s Data with Data from another source, the result could be a new data set with potentially unique regulations and conditions governing its use. Prior to linking the Data, Researcher will provide detailed information to USBE outlining the Data being linked and the other sources for Data.
