Data Center Services Agreement. All matters relating to or arising out of ADP’s data center shall be governed by the Data Center Services Agreement, except as may be expressly stated herein or therein. In the event of any inconsistency with respect to such matters between the Data Center Services Agreement and this Agreement or any other Ancillary Agreement, the Data Center Services Agreement shall govern to the extent of the inconsistency.
