Common use of Dark Fiber Transport Clause in Contracts

Dark Fiber Transport. An optical transmission facility, within a LATA, that Verizon has not activated by attaching multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, between Verizon switches (as identified in the LERG) or UNE Wire Centers.
