DANGEROUS ARTICLES. Tenant shall not use or keep on the premises of the complex any kerosene, gasoline or inflammable or combustible fluid or material, or any article deemed extra hazardous on account of fire or other dangerous properties or use any other method of heating or air conditioning other than supplied by Landlord.
