Hayride pick-up sites: 1. Campers’ Pavilion, 2. Barn, 3. Silk Stocking, 4. Buzzards’ Hollow, 5. Keyhole. Hayrides are for the registered Campers and their guests visiting their site and not for daily picnic ground guests. This means if a group has a shelter rented and is also friends of a Camper, the hayride is not for them. Private hayrides can be arranged for an additional cost. See price listings.

Management reserves the right to remove any dam at any time without notice. GOLF CARTS ● One 4-wheeled golf cart per site. Golf carts may be electric or 4-cycle gas with a quiet muffler system. Always check ahead of time if the cart you are purchasing is not a standard golf cart. Having a golf cart is by approval of the Campground. ● A copy of the certificate of insurance, is required showing a minimum liability coverage of $100,000. A golf cart sticker will be given. ● 5-mph speed limit. Children and pets could fall out of seats on sharp turns. ● The driver must have a valid driver’s license. ● Unlicensed drivers, and children are not to be driving golf carts. ● Overloading a golf cart is not permitted. All passengers must remain seated. ● Golf carts are to be used on the roads. Carts are able to go to the area just before the beach and may be parked on the spillway side of the beach with the brake set and keys removed. Beyond the Beaver pond is off property. ● To ride at night, headlights and taillights are required. Golf carts are not to be out after 11 pm (quiet hours). If you are at another site after 11 pm you may take one trip directly back to your site. Go quietly. ● Driving any vehicle under the influence under Ohio law can result in Operating a Vehicle Impaired (“OVI”) even on private property. ● Rental carts have slightly different rules. ● Golf cart privileges can be revoked.

  • Dewatering 4.7.1 Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, all non- trades employees shall assist in ‘dewatering’ their own work site or area if it is so affected. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected.

  • Blasting Blasting shall be permitted only for road construction purposes unless advance permission is obtained from Forest Service. Whenever the Industrial Fire Precaution Level is II or greater, a fire security person equipped with a long handled round point No. 0 or larger shovel and a 5 gallon backpack pump can filled with water, will stay at location of blast for 1 hour after blasting is done. Blasting may be suspended by Forest Service, in areas of high rate of spread and resistance to control. Fuses shall not be used for blasting. Explosive cords shall not be used without permission of Forest Service, which may specify conditions under which such explosives may be used and precautions to be taken.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. Preventative Maintenance ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Welding Welding and use of cutting torches or cutoff saws will be permitted only in areas that have been cleared or are free of all material capable of carrying fire. Flammable debris and vegetation must be removed from within a minimum 10-foot radius of all welding and cutting operations. A shovel and a 5-gallon standard backpack water container filled and with handpump attached shall be immediately available for use in the event of a fire start. C8.212 – MARKET-RELATED CONTRACT TERM ADDITION (11/08). The term of this contract may be adjusted when a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred in accordance with 36 CFR 223.52. The Producer Price Index used to determine when a drastic reduction in price has occurred is stated in A20. Purchaser will be notified whenever the Chief determines that a drastic reduction in wood product prices has occurred. If the drastic reduction criteria specified in 36 CFR 223.52 are met for 2 consecutive calendar quarters, after contract award date, Contracting Officer will add 1 year to the contract term, upon Purchaser’s written request. For each additional consecutive quarter such a drastic reduction occurs, Contracting Officer will, upon written request, add an additional 3 months to the term during Normal Operating Season, except that no single 3-month addition shall extend the term of the contract by more than one year. Contracting Officer must receive Purchaser’s written request for a market-related contract term addition before the expiration of this contract. No more than 3 years shall be added to a contract's term by market-related contract term addition unless the following conditions are met:

  • WATERBEDS The Tenant: (check one) ☐ - Shall have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises. ☐ - Shall not have the right to use a waterbed on the Premises.

  • Irrigation The City shall provide water to the Premises for the purpose of irrigating the facility. The City specifically reserves the right to restrict water usage under this Agreement if water restrictions are placed on other water users within the City. Prior to the start of the season, City will provide charge up and run through the automatic irrigation systems to check for proper operation. City will provide Lessee with a radio for remote operation of the irrigation system, which Lessee shall use for the day to day maintenance, repair, and monitoring of the irrigation system. If the radio is lost, stolen, broken, or is rendered unusable, Lessee shall pay $1500 for the replacement radio. City is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the following irrigation elements, to the extent applicable: curb stops, backflow prevention devices, backflow enclosures, main line pipings, electric control valves, and controllers. Lessee shall notify Parks Division Water managers by email if any of these irrigation elements are malfunctioning or broken.

  • Gas If Customer has selected a Gas Fixed Rate, Customer’s Price will be based on the Fixed Rate(s), plus the Administration Charge, set forth in the Application, which includes RITERATE ENERGY’s compressor fuel and transportation charges, administrative and transaction costs and the Gas Balancing Amount and any Regulatory Charges (defined below).

  • Water Provide hot water for lavatory purposes and cold water for drinking, lavatory and toilet purposes.

  • Wastewater Developer shall install all required sewer lines and appurtenances. Prior to the issuance of any building permits for the Development, all sanitary sewer improvements shall be substantially completed as determined by the Town and all associated wastewater capacity fees shall be paid.
