DAMAGES - PAYMENT AND INTEREST BEARING. Any Damages with respect to which either Buyer or Seller is entitled to indemnification pursuant to this Agreement shall be paid within thirty (30) days after determination and shall include and bear interest until paid in full at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from the original date of the event or the breach of warranty, representation or covenant which caused the Damages.
