Common use of Damaged Clothing Clause in Contracts

Damaged Clothing. If an employee's clothes should be damaged during work, Management, when provided with satisfactory evidence, will indemnify the employee within one (1) week. It is understood that the employee must notify their supervisor immediately, and the H.E.A. shall establish the claim as soon as possible thereafter.
