Common use of Damaged Clothing Clause in Contracts

Damaged Clothing. The Employer agrees to reimburse an Employee for up to fifty dollars ($50.00) per item of clothing or watch which is destroyed or damaged during the performance of their duties. Employee must bring damaged item to Supervisor as soon as possible and get prior approval for any repairs and/or replacements.
