Common use of Damage to Crops Clause in Contracts

Damage to Crops. If crops are damaged, Contractor shall pay Landowner for the damage at a price set by the County Cooperative Extension Service and the decision shall be binding upon the parties. ODNR’s payment to Contractor shall be withheld until Contractor provides proof of payment to the Landowner for the crops.
