Damage or Destruction by Fire or Other Casualty; Condemnation. Except as otherwise provided in Section 7.1.5 or Section 7.1.7, if all or any portion of any Property is damaged or destroyed by fire or other casualty or is taken in condemnation or by eminent domain, such occurrence shall not result in a reduction in the Purchase Price or limit Seller's or Purchaser's obligation to close title hereunder.
