Common use of Damage Cap Clause in Contracts

Damage Cap. In no event shall CenturyLink’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service Exhibit exceed the total MRCs, NRCs and usage charges paid or payable to CenturyLink for the affected Service under this Service Exhibit in the twelve months immediately preceding the first event giving rise to the cause of action.
