Common use of Daily Report Clause in Contracts

Daily Report. If requested in writing to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent at any time when a Termination Event has occurred and is continuing, no later than 5:00 p.m. (New York time) on the Business Day immediately following the date on which the daily reporting obligation arose, a daily report (a “Daily Report”) in the form attached hereto, prepared as of the close of business on the immediately preceding Business Day. The Borrower shall be required to deliver a Daily Report by no later than 5:00 p.m. (New York time) on each Business Day thereafter (each Daily Report relating to the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that upon receipt of such request from the Administrative Agent, the Borrower shall continue to deliver Daily Reports until notified in writing by the Administrative Agent that Daily Reports are no longer required to be delivered pursuant to the terms hereof.
