Daily Records. On each Business Day, the Servicer shall prepare or cause to be made available at the office of the Servicer for inspection by the Transferor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Collateral Agent upon request a record setting forth (i) the aggregate amount of Collections processed by the Servicer on the second preceding Business Day, (ii) the aggregate amount of Receivables as of the close of business on the second preceding Business Day in the Accounts and (iii) the Invested Amount of each Collateral Certificate as of the close of business on the second preceding Business Day.
