Dade Reagents Sample Clauses

Dade Reagents. During the term of this Agreement, Dade shall sell its reagents and products and its Sysmex equipment and products to CVDI in accordance with the terms, conditions and pricing schedule set forth on Schedule 5.6(e). Prices for such reagents may be adjusted annually in an amount not to exceed the increase in the Producer Price Index for the immediately prior calendar year, such adjustment to begin not earlier than January 1, 1998. Prices for such Sysmex equipment may be adjusted annually in amounts not to exceed the Producer Price Index, but in no event, shall such price be less than the actual landed price to Dade.
