D of the. Amended Lease is hereby amended to provide from and after August 1, 2011, that Base Rent shall be $15.50 per RSF and otherwise Base Rent will remain unchanged.
D of the. Second Amendment entitled “Roof Rights” shall remain in full force and effect during the Term of the Lease, as extended hereby.

  • Coaching Informal discussion or instruction between employee and their immediate supervisor. Supervisor may follow up in writing which may include a simple action plan. This is not a form of corrective action.

  • Wellness A. To support the statewide goal for a healthy and productive workforce, employees are encouraged to participate in a Well-Being Assessment survey. Employees will be granted work time and may use a state computer to complete the survey.

  • Childcare 8.1. One third credit shall be given where a teacher resigns or takes leave from the New Zealand teaching service in order to care for her/his own children provided that the teacher was a certificated teacher (or equivalent) at the time of resigning or taking leave, otherwise no credit will be given.

  • Tourism 1. In this field, the objective of the cooperation will be to strengthen the promotion of the tourist potentialities of the Parties, as well as to facilitate the information exchange and the conservation of natural and cultural attractions. 2. The Parties will develop tourism through: (a) strengthening of public and private institutions related to the development of tourism; and (b) promotion of the main tourist destinations of each Party.

  • Economics The Parties shall facilitate the process of economic reform and the coordination of economic policies by cooperating to improve understanding of the fundamentals of their respective economies and the design and implementation of economic policy in market economies. To this end the Parties shall exchange information on macroeconomic performance and prospects. The Community shall provide technical assistance so as to: — assist the Republic of Moldova in the process of economic reform by providing expert advisory and technical assistance, — encourage cooperation among economists in order to expedite the transfer of know-how for the drafting of economic policies, and provide for wide dissemination of policy-relevant research.

  • Shopping Goods and works estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of Shopping.

  • Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

  • Size The nominal maximum size of aggregate shall be as large as possible within the limits specified but in no case greater than one-fourth of the minimum thickness of the member, provided at the concrete can be placed without difficulty so as to surround all reinforcement thoroughly and fill the corners of the form work. For most works, 20mm aggregate shall be used and where there is no restriction to the flow of concrete into sections, 40mm size (MSA) shall be used. For any heavily reinforced concrete members, the nominal maximum size of aggregate shall usually be restricted to 5mm less than the minimum cover to the reinforcement or 5mm less than the minimum clear distance between the main bars. Coarse aggregate shall of all aggregate particles of size greater than 4.75mm. The aggregate shall conform to IS: 383- 1970 clause 3.1,3.2 and 3.2.1 (Table-I) The nominal maximum size of coarse aggregate to be used shall be as per drawing/as determined by Engineer-in-charge.

  • Coaches (a) Seat rotation: To ensure all passengers have the opportunity to enjoy front and window seats, a daily seat rotation system is employed on all of Our coaches and You must follow the seat rotation system.

  • Footwear Where an employee is required by the College or by legislation, in order to perform his/her duties, to acquire and wear protective footwear, the employee shall provide the College with proof of purchase by March 1 each year and the College shall reimburse such employee, on the first pay day in April in each year, up to a maximum of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00). In situations other than the foregoing, the College may, in its discretion, (which discretion shall not be unreasonably exercised) reimburse such expense where it is recommended by the health and safety committee constituted under the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
