Litigation Reporting If Contractor is served with a pleading or other document in connection with an action before a court or other administrative decision making body, and such pleading or document relates to this Participating Addendum or may affect Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall, within 10 days after being served, notify the State of such action and deliver copies of such pleading or document to the State’s primary contact identified in §5 of the Participating Addendum .
Financial Management; Financial Reports; Audits 1. The Recipient shall ensure that a financial management system is maintained in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.07 of the Standard Conditions.
Financial Report The Company shall furnish to the Administrative Agent (for delivery to each of the Lenders):
Commission Reporting (a) The Trust Administrator, each Servicer and the Master Servicer shall reasonably cooperate with the Depositor in connection with the Trust’s satisfying the reporting requirements under the Exchange Act. The Trust Administrator shall prepare on behalf of the Depositor any Forms 8-K and 10-K customary for similar securities as required by the Exchange Act and the rules and regulations of the Commission thereunder, and the Depositor shall sign and the Trust Administrator shall file (via XXXXX) such Forms on behalf of the Depositor. The Depositor hereby grants to the Trust Administrator a limited power of attorney to execute and file each such document on behalf of the Depositor. Such power of attorney shall continue until the earlier of (i) receipt by the Trust Administrator from the Depositor of written termination of such power of attorney and (ii) the termination of the Trust.
Management Reporting (a) Provide periodic reports, in accordance with agreed upon frequency and content parameters, to the Funds. As reasonably requested by the Funds, the Transfer Agent shall furnish ad hoc reports to the Funds.
COST REPORT 30 A. CONTRACTOR shall submit an individual and/or consolidated Cost Report for Period One, 31 Period Two and Period Three, or for a portion thereof to COUNTY no later than forty–five (45) 32 calendar days following the period for which they are prepared or termination of this Agreement. 33 CONTRACTOR shall prepare the individual and/or consolidated Cost Report in accordance with all 34 applicable federal, state and COUNTY requirements, GAAP and the Special Provisions Paragraph of 35 this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall allocate direct and indirect costs to and between programs, cost 36 centers, services, and funding sources in accordance with such requirements and consistent with prudent 37 business practice, which costs and allocations shall be supported by source documentation maintained 1 by CONTRACTOR, and available at any time to ADMINISTRATOR upon reasonable notice. In the 2 event CONTRACTOR has multiple Agreements for mental health services that are administered by 3 HCA, consolidation of the individual Cost Reports into a single consolidated Cost Report may be 4 required, as stipulated by ADMINISTRATOR. CONTRACTOR shall submit the consolidated Cost 5 Report to COUNTY no later than five (5) business days following approval by ADMINSTRATOR of 6 all individual Cost Reports to be incorporated into a consolidated Cost Report.
Monthly Financial Reports Manager shall cause to be prepared and delivered to Tenant reasonably detailed unaudited monthly operating reports (the “Monthly Reports”) that reflect the operational results of the Managed Facility for each month of each Operating Year. Manager shall deliver each Monthly Report to Tenant on or before the twenty fifth (25th) day of the month following the month (or partial month) to which such Monthly Report relates. At a minimum, the Monthly Reports shall include: (a) a balance sheet including current and prior month and prior year-end comparisons (to the extent applicable) and differences in reasonable detail; (b) an income and expense statement for such month and for the elapsed portion of the current Operating Year through the end of such month (with comparison to previous year); (c) a statement of cash flows for such month and for the elapsed portion of the current Operating Year through the end of such month (with comparison to previous year) in reasonable detail to allow Tenant to identify and ascertain sources and uses thereof; (d) a statement of account balances in each Bank Account; and (e) such other reports or information otherwise specified in this Agreement to be provided to Tenant on a monthly basis or as Tenant and Manager may reasonably agree from time to time. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 10.2, Manager shall not be obligated to deliver a Monthly Report for the last month of each calendar quarter.
Project Monitoring Reporting and Evaluation The Recipient shall furnish to the Association each Project Report not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of each calendar semester, covering the calendar semester.
Accounting and Financial Reporting 6.1. The Bank shall maintain separate records and ledger accounts in respect of the Contributions deposited in the Trust Fund account and disbursements made therefrom.
Monthly Reporting Within twenty (20) calendar days following the end of each calendar month, Registry Operator shall deliver to ICANN reports in the format set forth in Specification 3 attached hereto (“Specification 3”).
