Cyclone Automated Control Package. Details‌ This section presents brief descriptions of the Cyclone Launch Application, .DLL and RS232/Ethernet options that are offered by P&E’s various Cyclone Automated Control Packages. Detailed operational instructions for these tools are beyond the scope of this manual. For operational instructions, please consult P&E’s Cyclone Automated Control Package - Developer’s Manual, which accompanies the Basic Edition of the Cyclone Automated Control Package. Cyclone Automated Control Package. Overview for the number of Cyclones that may be controlled by each version of the package. These interface routines are designed to be compiled into visual and non visual applications running on Windows 95, 98, ME, XX, 0000, XP, or Vista. The actual interface routines are located in the “CYCLONE_CONTROL.DLL” 32 bit DLL file. The DLL is callable from almost any 32-bit Windows development environment. Since the way the DLL is called varies depending on the compiler used, you are provided with the DLL interface code and sample applications for each of the following compilers: Borland Delphi 2.0+ (Pascal) - Visual Application Microsoft Visual C++ 5.0+ - Visual MFC Application Microsoft Visual C# 2005+ - Visual Application 54 Cyclone for STMicro - User Manual CYCLONE FOR STMICRO These sample applications come with project and workspaces defined for ease of use. Simply open the project/workspace in your compiler and you should be able to build the sample application without any modifications. The sample applications come pre-compiled with ICONS, so you can run them before jumping into the code.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):

  • Fraud Control BellSouth will provide seven days per week, 24-hours per day, fraud monitoring on Calling Cards, xxxx-to-third and collect calls made to numbers in BellSouth’s LIDB, provided that such information is included in the LIDB query. BellSouth will establish fraud alert thresholds and will notify <<customer_name>> of fraud alerts so that <<customer_name>> may take action it deems appropriate.

  • Archival Back-Up and Disaster Recovery Licensee may use and copy the Product and related Documentation in connection with: i) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures in the event of destruction or corruption of the Product or disasters or emergencies which require Licensee to restore backup(s) or to initiate disaster recovery procedures for its platform or operating systems; ii) reproducing a reasonable number of copies of the Product and related Documentation for cold site storage. “Cold Site” storage shall be defined as a restorable back-up copy of the Product not to be installed until and after the declaration by the Licensee of a disaster; iii) reproducing a back-up copy of the Product to run for a reasonable period of time in conjunction with a documented consolidation or transfer otherwise allowed herein. “Disaster Recovery” shall be defined as the installation and storage of Product in ready-to-execute, back-up computer systems prior to disaster or breakdown which is not used for active production or development.

  • Price Adjustments for OGS Centralized Contracts Periodic price adjustments will occur no more than twice per year on a schedule to be established solely by OGS. Pricing offered shall be fixed for the first twelve (12) months of the Contract term. Such price increases will only apply to the OGS Centralized Contracts and shall not be applied retroactively to Authorized User Agreements or any Mini-bids already submitted to an Authorized User. Price Decreases Price decreases may be made at any time. Additionally, some price decreases shall be calculated in accordance with Appendix B, section 17, Pricing.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • OGS Centralized Contract Modifications OGS, an Authorized User, or the Contractor may suggest modifications to the Centralized Contract or its Appendices. Except as specifically provided herein, modifications to the terms and conditions set forth herein may only be made with mutual written agreement of the Parties. Modifications may take the form of an update or an amendment. “
