Common use of Cyber Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Cyber Liability Insurance. The Contractor shall provide evidence satisfactory to the Contracting Officer of Cyber Liability Insurance, with limits not less than $2,000,000 per occurrence or claim, $2,000,000 aggregate.
