Common use of Cutoff Hours Clause in Contracts

Cutoff Hours. Instructions received after an applicable cutoff hour or on a non-Business Day may be deemed received as of the next Business Day. Alternatively, some Services may require the Client to resubmit an instruction on the next Business Day before the applicable cutoff hour. Our cutoff hours will be made available to you in a disclosure, on our website, or by the Service Provider. Our cutoff hours may change in our sole discretion. Please contact us or the Service Provider for the most current information about the cutoff hours applicable to this Bill Payment Service and the applicable accounts. If approved by Bank in connection with a Program, Bank will provide Remote Deposit Capture Services (“RDC Services”) in accordance with the terms set forth in this Schedule D (Remote Deposit Capture Services), and Client shall comply with the terms set forth herein and as set forth in this Agreement. The RDC Services are a part of the Online Banking Services. By using the RDC Services, you agree to and are subject to the terms of the Agreement.
