Customer’s Obligations. 6.1. The Customer shall provide EQS Group with the documents, information and data necessary for the provision of the Services in a complete, correct, timely and free of charge manner. The Customer must follow the instructions given by EQS Group in the relevant Documentation when describing, isolating, detecting and reporting errors or bugs.
