Customer’s Notice. The Customer will give Panuku not less than five (5) days’ notice of its intention to depart the Berth and the Customer will ensure that all amounts due and owing under the Agreement by the Customer to Panuku, howsoever arising, shall be paid prior to departing.
Customer’s Notice. In the event that the Service Provider considers that a documented instruction from the Customer regarding the Assigned Processing may be deemed unlawful under the applicable rules or may result in a breach or violation of such rules, the Service Provider undertakes to immediately inform the Customer, with the latter being the sole judge of the validity of the instructions given regarding the Assigned Processing.
