Customer Purchase Orders. Any reference to a purchase order is solely for Customer's convenience in record keeping, and no such reference or any delivery of services to Customer following receipt of any purchase order shall be deemed an acknowledgement of or an agreement to any terms or conditions referenced or included in any such purchase order or in any way be deemed to modify, alter, supersede or supplement any Order Form or this Agreement. .
Customer Purchase Orders. Except as otherwise specified in a Service Order, Customer will not require any purchase order to pay fees due or otherwise to perform its obligations with respect to any Service Order. Any reference to a purchase order in a Service Order or any associated invoice is solely for Customer's convenience in record keeping, and no such reference or any delivery of services to Customer following receipt of any purchase order shall be deemed an acknowledgement of or an agreement to any terms or conditions referenced or included in any such purchase order or in any way be deemed to modify, alter, supersede or supplement any Service Order or this Agreement.
Customer Purchase Orders. All purchase orders submitted by Customer will be of no effect unless and to the extent that they are accepted by Miraclon and provided they refer expressly to and are subordinate to the Agreement.
Customer Purchase Orders. If Customer issues a purchase order to Inmarsat in connection with ordering Equipment, such purchase order will be treated as an administrative document only and will not add to, delete from, or change any of these Terms and Conditions. Customer agrees to waive any future challenge to the enforceability of any purchase order on the basis that such purchase order was made and or confirmed by electronic means.
Customer Purchase Orders. Customer may issue one or more purchase orders or other standard purchase documents to acknowledge orders for goods, services, and/or software, but any such document, and/or Xxxxx’x acceptance thereof, is merely for Customer’s convenience and no provision of any such document that is inconsistent with, or additional to, the terms of this Agreement will have any effect.
Customer Purchase Orders. This Agreement and each Order Form shall prevail over any additional, conflicting, or inconsistent terms and conditions which may appear on any purchase order or other document furnished by Customer to Licensor
Customer Purchase Orders. If Customer issues a Purchase Order or other document to initiate the commencement of Subscription hereunder, unless expressly agreed to on the Sales Order, it is expressly agreed that any terms and conditions appearing thereon shall have no application and only the provisions of this Agreement shall apply.
Customer Purchase Orders. All purchase orders and other Contracts related to the Business for the sale by Seller of goods and/or services and such other purchase orders and other contracts for the sale by Seller of goods and/or services as shall be entered into between the date hereof and the Closing Date in the ordinary course of business of the Business and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Customer Purchase Orders”), including, without limitation, all Contracts related to In-Process Engagements identified on Schedule 4.7(a).
Customer Purchase Orders. If Customer issues a purchase order in respect of this Agreement and any Order(s), Customer acknowledges that any such purchase order(s), including, but not limited to, any terms and conditions and other documents, is solely for the convenience of Customer’s purchasing system and does not in any way modify or add to this Agreement and any Order(s) or the rights or obligations of PoliteMail or Customer.
Customer Purchase Orders. Schedule 3.22 is a complete and accurate list of all customer purchase orders for the sale of Products relating to the Division (such customer purchase orders as set forth on Schedule 3.22, the "Customer Purchase Orders").
