Common use of Customer Program Participation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Customer Program Participation Agreement. Implementer in performing its Program Services may require Customer’s sign a Customer Program Participation Agreement (“PPA”). PG&E requires the Implementer’s PPA contain certain provisions as identified on Exhibit F. In the event, Implementer does use or have a such PPA template PPA, PG&E will work with Implementer to develop a PPA according to the Program Services provided to Customers. Implementer’s final PPA must be reviewed and approved in writing by the PG&E PM no later than the Program Launch Date. To the extent applicable, an Implementer Program PPA must be signed by the customer prior to the Implementer providing any financial incentive or performing any Program Services at the Customer’s premises. Implementer shall provide, or participate in, training events required to develop and launch the Program.
