Customer Notice. Assist NASB Holding in drafting and preparing for mailing a notice, the form and content of which shall be established by mutual agreement of NASB Holding and CBES, to all Community Bank's deposit and loan customers, notifying them of the sale of CBES to NASB Holding. The notice shall be mailed by NASB Holding after all Requisite Regulatory Approvals and Stockholders Approvals have been obtained but no later than thirtieth day prior to the date agreed upon by NASB Holding and CBES pursuant to Section 6.1 for the data processing conversion.
