Common use of Customer Non-Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Customer Non-Solicitation. During the Restricted Period, the Employee shall not in any manner, directly or indirectly, on Employee’s own behalf or on the behalf of any other Person, induce, solicit or attempt to induce or solicit any Customer (i) to do business with a Competing Business, or (ii) to reduce, cease, restrict, terminate or otherwise adversely alter business or business relationships with the Company for the benefit of a Competing Business, regardless of whether the Employee initiates contact for that purpose.

Customer Non-Solicitation. During the Restricted Period, the Employee shall not in any manner, directly or indirectly, on Employee’s his own behalf or on the behalf of any other Person, induce, solicit or attempt to induce or solicit any Customer Customer, (i) to do business with a Competing Business, or (ii) to reduce, cease, restrict, terminate or otherwise adversely alter business or business relationships with the Company for the benefit of a Competing Business, regardless of whether the Employee initiates contact for that purpose.

During the Restricted Period, the Employee shall not in any mannerwill not, directly or indirectly, on Employee’s own behalf for himself or on the behalf of any other Person, induce, others: (i) solicit or of attempt to induce or solicit any Customer (i) for the purpose of providing or selling the Customer any product similar to do business with a Competing Business, the Company Products; or (ii) encourage or seek to reduce, cease, restrict, terminate persuade the Customer to termination or otherwise adversely alter business or business relationships dimmish its relationship with the Company for the benefit of a Competing Business, regardless of whether the Employee initiates contact for that purposeCompany.
