Common use of Customer Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Customer Inquiries. 9.4.1 PTV answers VAR’s general questions about the functionality, use and operation of the PTV Cloud Service (“Customer Inquiries”). Customer Inquiries do not include answering specific questions about application development, technical connection to the VAR systems as well as technical support and any sort of error analysis and error correction.
