Customer Fees. In the course of performing Services, BlueSnap may charge End-User Customers fees as referred to in Schedule 1 ‘Pricing and Fees’ of the Master Agreement. Such fees will not affect the sums due to the Merchant, may not be set off by Merchant against sums owed to BlueSnap, and BlueSnap will not be required to account for such fees to the Merchant.

Customer Fees. Customers pay QWQER a fee for payment processing and administration related to the Driver Fees they pay to Drivers they engage through the Site, as described in the Fee and ACH Authorization Agreement. Customers do not pay fees if they use the Site solely for Direct Contracts.

McKesson shall determine the fees to be charged to McKesson Customers for the Vital Software, including fees for the software license, implementation, maintenance and support services, training, and any other fees for services mutually agreed upon by McKesson and Customer(s) in a Sublicense Agreement. McKesson agrees that when Vital Software is licensed to a Customer simultaneously with McKesson’s software as set forth on a Sublicense Agreement; then, McKesson shall not discount the Vital Software any more than the discount offered to a Customer for the McKesson software licensed to Customer under the same agreement. McKesson shall notify Vital of its intended list price of Vital Software and any price change thereafter.
Customer Fees. (i) No Transaction Fee Fund Program During the term of this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that NFS and FBS reserve the right to impose their own short term trading fees on certain customers upon such customers’ redemption of certain shares, or for other trading services.

Section I) During the term of this Agreement, the parties acknowledge and agree that FBS reserves the right to collect trading activity fees from certain customers (including “Short-Term Traders,” as FBS may define that term) for certain special trading services and from other customers upon such other customers’ redemption of certain shares.
Customer Fees. WebMD shall determine the fees to be charged for ------------- the WebMD Services (subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 13(o) of this Agreement), and HBOC shall determine the fees to be charged for the HBOC Internet Commerce Content. The parties shall jointly determine the fees to be charged for services which they jointly develop. WebMD shall be responsible for billing and collection of the amounts owed for the WebMD Services. Concurrently with the incorporation of any HBOC Internet Commerce Content as more fully described in Section 2(d) of this Agreement, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith an arrangement for WebMD to xxxx, collect and remit to HBOC fees, if any, relating to any such HBOC Internet Commerce Content.
Customer Fees. HBOC shall unilaterally determine the fees to be charged to HBOC Customers for the Integrated Software, including without limitation, software license, implementation, customization and support fees. There will be no additional fees payable by HBOC for any Corrections delivered to HBOC or HBOC Customers during the term of this Agreement and for so long as support fees are paid to Business Partner by or on behalf of HBOC Customers.
Customer Fees. (a) A business partner shall complete a Business Partner Automation Disclaimer form, REG 4020 (Rev. 10/2008 7/2010), which is hereby incorporated by reference, for each DMV transaction when a customer fee is charged.
