Customer Designated Space. Brink’s will provide Customer Designated Space (as defined below) at certain agreed-upon ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ locations to facilitate the delivery of Direct Change Orders as follows: ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will designate and maintain a designated and secure space at Brink’s Service Branches, where certain Complete Services are performed, for the sole purpose of holding Customer-requested and Brink’s-prepared Direct Change Orders (“Customer Designated Space”). Such Customer Designated Space shall be identifiable as Customer’s space and will be segregated from any property of ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ or of other Brink’s customers. For the purposes of Direct Change Orders, Customer shall be the owner of such Customer Designated Space. ii. Upon ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ receipt of a Customer’s change order request through ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ 24SEVEN, ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ will prepare and place the change order in Customer Designated Space for delivery. The parties hereby agree that title to the Direct Change Order currency will transfer to the Customer when it is placed into the Customer Designated Space.
