Common use of Customer Contacts Clause in Contracts

Customer Contacts. The Company shall permit Purchaser to conduct a survey or otherwise inquire of certain or all of the Company's key customers, as selected by Purchaser, regarding the relationship between such customer and the Company and the impact of a change in control on such relationship. The Company shall assist Purchaser in making such survey or inquiries and shall have the right to have a representative of its choice participate therein.
