Common use of Customer Contacts Clause in Contracts

Customer Contacts. During the term of this Agreement, the Marketing Agent will work exclusively with Phoenix with respect to any business opportunity presented to the Marketing Agent by Phoenix or obtained by the Marketing Agent as a result of the working relationship of the Marketing Agent with Phoenix.

Customer Contacts. During the term of this Agreement, the Marketing Agent Partner will work exclusively with Phoenix with respect to any business opportunity presented to the Marketing Agent Partner by Phoenix or obtained by the Marketing Agent Partner as a result of the working relationship of the Marketing Agent Partner with Phoenix.
